1. Registration
To create an account, click “Log in” in the top menu and then select “Registration”.
Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and confirm by clicking “Register”.

2. Product Search
For your convenience, we offer several ways to search for products:

by smartphone model,
-
by accessory name.
3. Product Selection
Products can be selected in three ways:

by smartphone brand,
-
using the catalog,
-
by color.
3.1. Label Meanings: COMING SOON, SALE, NEW
We explain the meaning of all labels and color indicators displayed below the product quantity information.

3.2. Grouping by Series
To avoid scrolling through multiple pages with the same case design, you can group product variants with one click.

3.3. Price Type Selection
In your Personal Account, you can set your preferred price type to be displayed on the website and in the cart.
How to do this? Go to the “New Features” section.
3.4. Color Sorting
Color filters can be sorted, and newly added colors are highlighted.

3.5. Product Comparison
In your profile, you can compare features of selected products.
Details can be found in the “New Features” section.
3.6. Products with “COMING SOON” and “IN TRANSIT” Icons
These products display information about the estimated delivery date.

4. How to Place a Wholesale Order
After selecting a product, add it to the cart.
You can do this in two ways:

from the product list view,
-
from the product page.

5. Personal Account
To access your profile, click “Profile” in the top menu
(on mobile devices – in the menu after tapping the three-line icon).
In the “My Details” tab, you can change:

email address,
-
password,
-
full name,
-
phone number.
In the “My Orders” tab, you can view your order history.
5.1. Order Status (TTN)
In your Personal Account, you can check the current order status and delivery cost.

6. Terms of Cooperation
Brief information regarding delivery and payment can be found:

at the bottom of each product card,

on the “Delivery and Payment” page.
Information about returns is available on the “Warranty and Returns” page.
Detailed wholesale cooperation terms are provided by your sales representative.
Dropshipping terms are available from the dropshipping manager.
7. Contacts
Contact details are available in the website header
(on mobile devices – at the top of the expanded menu).

8. New Features
To see the full list of new features:
Click “For Customers” in the header
(on mobile devices – in the menu after tapping the three-line icon).
The new page contains detailed descriptions and helpful links to make using the platform easier.
9. Cart Updates
New cart features allow you to manage orders faster – without leaving your Personal Account.
You can, among others:

group colors,
-
check order volume,
-
change product color or material.
Additionally, the “Free Shipping in Emergency or Courier Mode” assistant indicates how much more is needed to qualify for free delivery.
9.1. Price Type Selection in the Cart
In the cart, you can display your selected price type according to your account settings.

9.2. Importing Products to the Cart
You can add products to the cart by entering their product codes.

9.3. Adding Products from a Previous Order
With one click, you can transfer products from a previous order.
Instructions are available in the “New Features” section.
9.4. Bulk Product Removal from the Cart
You can remove multiple items at once using the “Group Quantity Management” function.
